When you arrive at Newcastle Veterinary Clinic you can expect quality care for your pet.

Covid Procedures Still in Effect:

When you park your vehicle we ask that you call or text us to let us know you are here. Numbers for calling and texting are posted outside the clinic.

From here a receptionist will gather some information from you and ask that you wait patiently with your phone line free. A technician will call you as soon as they are ready to have your pet brought to the door.

During your pet’s appointment you are asked to remain parked at the clinic and have your phone available to take the doctor’s call. At this time you will be able to discuss any concerns with the veterinarian directly.

Soon after your call with the doctor you will receive another call from a technician who will be ready to accept payment over the phone via Visa or Mastercard. We prefer to keep all payments contactless whenever possible, however, if you are unable to pay with credit we will accept debit or cash at the door.

Our goal is to keep our staff and our clients as safe as possible as we navigate through this pandemic.
